Acne Scarring

Acne scarring occurs when severe or persistent acne damages the skin’s deeper layers, leaving behind textural changes that don’t fade with time. Scars vary by type and depth, which is why treatment must be tailored.

Types we treat

  • Atrophic scars: Depressed scars that sit below the surrounding skin. Includes ice-pick, boxcar, and rolling scars.
  • Hypertrophic scars & keloids: Raised, thickened scars where the skin produces excess collagen during healing.

Our approach

For atrophic scarring, we offer subcision with cannula — a minimally invasive technique that releases the fibrous bands tethering the scar down, allowing the skin to lift and new collagen to form. For shallower atrophic scars, we use Restylane Vital, a skin booster that deeply hydrates and improves skin texture and elasticity from within.

For raised hypertrophic scars, we offer intralesional steroid injections to soften, flatten, and reduce redness and discomfort.

Pigmentation

Uneven skin tone and dark spots are caused by overproduction of melanin, often triggered by sun exposure, hormones, inflammation, or genetics.

Types we treat

  • Melasma: Symmetrical, brownish patches commonly on cheeks, forehead and upper lip, often hormone-related.
  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH): Dark spots left behind after acne, injury, or inflammation.
  • Sun spots / lentigines: Small, flat brown spots from chronic sun exposure.
  • Freckles: Small, scattered pigmentation that darkens with sun.

Our approach

We specialize in the management of melasma and complex pigmentation. Our protocol includes glycolic acid peels and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peels to gently exfoliate pigmented cells, target deeper pigmentation, and improve skin brightness and texture. We combine peels with tranexamic acid (TXA) therapy to inhibit melanin pathways from within, and advanced facial exosomes to regulate pigmentation, repair skin, and reduce inflammation at a cellular level.

Recommended treatments

TCA peels, TXA therapy and facial exosomes are discussed during your assessment. Pricing is confirmed by the practice.

Aging

Natural aging, combined with sun exposure and repetitive facial movement, leads to loss of collagen, loss of volume, and formation of lines and wrinkles.

Common concerns: Fine lines around the eyes, forehead lines, frown lines between brows, skin laxity, and overall loss of firmness.

Our approach

For dynamic fine lines and wrinkles caused by muscle movement, we recommend neurotoxin (anti-wrinkle injections) to soften expression lines while maintaining a natural look.

For age-related volume loss and collagen depletion, we offer collagen biostimulator injections — an advanced treatment that works gradually to stimulate your skin’s own collagen production, restoring firmness, natural volume, and long-term skin quality.

Facial Rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation focuses on restoring balance, hydration, and natural contours to the face without changing your unique features. It is ideal for dullness, early volume loss, and tired-looking skin.

Our approach

We recommend hyaluronic acid fillers — premium dermal fillers designed to restore subtle volume, hydrate deeply, contour the cheeks, lips, jawline and under-eyes, and refresh the overall appearance. The result is a rested, naturally rejuvenated look, not an overfilled look.
